Armenian Russian-language TV channel for Diaspora ‘TV ARM RU’ on air

ArmInfo. An open digital TV channel TV ARM RU went on the air on April
1, 2010, through HOTBIRD 13Û satellite at 12321(H) 27500 3/4
frequency.
The signal coverage are is Russia (from Ural to the West), as well as
the whole Europe, Northern Africa and Near East. TV ARM RU is a new
Armenian TV channel, the target audience of which is the Armenian
Diaspora. The installed individual satellite antennas, which catch
HI|OTBIRD signal, number almost 62 million, about 2,5 mln owners of
which live in Russia, 11 mln – in Central and Eastern Europe, 23 mln –
in Western Europe, and over 25,5 mln – in Northern Africa and Near
East. TV ARM RU is the first Russian-language Armenian TV channel for
Diaspora. The programmes, going on the air of TV ARM RU channel, are
intended for the widest audience and meet the requirements and
preferences of the TV audience. The new TV channel has already several
original author projects for its audience, such as: "Star Navigator",
"Voice of Diaspora" news, "Armenians online", "A Night Fairy-tale",
"Good Afternoon, Diaspora", "Armenian Television answers", etc. One
