states that Armenians have historically been living in Azerbaijani
lands and enjoy same rights.

Azerbaijan considers the statements by Armenian President Serzh
Sargsyan who told German Der Spiegel that Karabakh’s return to
Azerbaijan will result in Armenian’s deportation from Nagorno Karabakh
to be groundless.

Chairman of the Azerbaijani community of Karabakh Bayram Safarov states
that Armenians have historically been living in the Azerbaijani lands
and enjoy the same rights.

"The world knows that there are over 30,000 Armenians in Azerbaijan.

Why did they never complained about the maltreatment by Azerbaijan?

All citizens of Nagorno Karabakh with the Soviet passports who had
lived there before 1992 can live as equal rights citizens by adhering
to the Azerbaijani Constitution. Azerbaijan is not going to depot them
(Armenians of Karabakh)".
