The Armenian-Turkmen Intergovernmental Commission opened its 2nd
sitting in Yerevan. The sitting was opened by Commission Co-Chairmen,
RA Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Armen Movsisyan, and

the two friendly states is unsatisfactory, Minister Movsisyan said.
The Turkmen Vice-Premier conveyed the Turkmen President’s greetings
