SPECIAL ENVOY FOR TURKEY’S PM ERDOGAN ARRIVES IN ARMENIA

Turkey’s Special Envoy for Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan is
on a visit to Armenia, announced Armenia’s Foreign Minister Edward
Nalbandian at today’s joint press conference with Secretary-General
of the International Organization of la Francophonie (IOF) Abdou Diouf.

"Firutdin Siniroglu, a Special Envoy for Prime Minister of Turkey,
will meet today with Armenia’s President Serzh Sargsyan," said Edward
Nalbandian. He said that the visit was initiated by the Turkish side.

Referring to the possible meeting between Armenian President and
Turkish Prime Minister in Washington, Nalbandian said that the
agreement hadn’t been reached yet; however, on his visit to US,
Armenian President Sargsyan will meet with Barack Obama.

"A political dialogue of a high level has been established between
Armenia and the United States recently," said Nalbandian. "The two
nations’ leaders are keeping contacts; we believe, the upcoming visit
will contribute to bilateral relations between the two countries."

It’s worth mentioning, that President Serzh Sargsyan will pay a visit
to Washington on April 11.
