RA ARMED FORCES KEEP WATCHING AFTER THE CEASEFIRE REGIME

"Some Azerbaijani Medias spread false information about the Armenians
breaking the ceasefire regime in different areas of Armenian –
Azerbaijani borders. The usual lie that doesn’t correspond to the
reality was spread by the Azeri Medias on April 12," informs the
press and information department of the RA Defense Ministry.

"The information that doesn’t correspond to the reality seems to be
rather funny. On April 8, 2010 at 10:06am in the Azerbaijani 1news.az
site was issued a release about the Armenian forces having opened
fire on April 8, at 10:30 till 11:00, 10:30 till 12:30, 21:40 till
21:55 to the direction of the Azerbaijani positions."

The RA Defense Ministry announces for one more time that the RA Armed
Forces strictly follow the preservation of the ceasefire regime and
responds the actions of the Azeri only in case of violations realized
by them and in case of opening fire.

In the same time we call on all the Azerbaijani Medias to stop
spreading false information and not to sharpen the situation in the
Armenian – Azerbaijani border artificially," the Armenian Defense
Ministry says.
