Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met US Secretary of State Hillary
Clinton on the sidelines of the nuclear security summit in Washington
on 13 April, the Mediamax news agency reported.
Clinton reiterated President Barack Obama’s call for the continuation
of Turkish-Armenian normalisation without preconditions. Sargsyan and
Clinton also discussed the settlement of the conflict between Armenia
and Azerbaijan over the latter’s breakaway region of Nagornyy Karabakh,
Mediamax said.
