BAKU, APRIL 20, NOYAN TAPAN – ARMENIANS TODAY. The OSCE Minsk Group
Co-Chairs Robert Bradtke of the U.S. and Yuri Merzlyakov of Russia
will arrive in Baku today. They will meet with Azerbaijani leaders and
discuss issues related to the current stage of the Nagorno Karabakh
conflict settlement, Azerbaijani mass media reported.
