RAFFI’S ADVICE TO ARF AND HAK

Is the role of the ARF and its "no" movement present in the decision
to suspend the ratification of the Armenian and Turkish protocols?

Reporters asked this question one of the initiators of the "no"
movement, the founder of Heritage party Raffi Hovannisian. As it
is known, after the decision of the Armenian Constitutional Court,
paths of the Heritage and "no" movement separated.

Raffi Hovannisian said both Dashnaktsutyun and other organizations
carried out important struggle. According to him, they have their
role but there have been other elements too. Hovannisian hopes that
in the same mode, the movement will deal with home issues too, since
without justice at home no justice in the world is possible.

He noted that Heritage does not agree with the incomplete decisions of
the government on the suspension as well as on the ratification with
reservations of the protocols, which the ARF and other forces present.

Raffi Hovannisian stated that both ARF Dashnaktsutyun and the HAK
are to realize the need of new approaches in the oppositional field
of Armenia.
