Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan: Obama’s use of the word `Armenian
genocide’ is not in the interest of the United States

Baku. Elnur Mammadli – APA. `US President Barack Obama is a very wise
man and attaches great importance to US interests.

Therefore Obama’s use of the word `Armenian genocide’ is not in the
interest of the United States’, said Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan
Hulusi Kilic. The ambassador said he was confident Obama will not use
the word `genocide’.

The ambassador also stated that country is committed to the soul and
text of the protocols signed between Turkey and Armenia and it will
continue this process.
