H. SAHAKYAN: "OIL POLICY MORE POWERFUL"

Republican faction member Hovhannes Sahakyan says it’s quite natural
U.S. Barack Obama hasn’t said Genocide in his statement.

"If we study the case more globally the oil policy is more powerful
than any crime against nations or humanity, though 42 states of that
country have recognized Armenian Genocide," Sahakyan told Panorama.am.

In this respect NA deputy agrees with the suspending of the protocols
from the NA four-day session. Regarding Erdogan’s assessment to
Obama’s address, Sahakyan brought Holocaust as an example, saying
the name doesn’t mean it has no connection with Genocide.

"Maybe Turkey scares that one day Armenian Tragedy will be used by
the international community and will have the same consequences,
as in the case of Genocide," he said.
