The contact lines became difficult to reach due to fog and rainfall

There was a plan to hold a monitoring on the contact line of
troops near Farahli village of Gazakh under the mandate of personal
representative of the OSCE chairman on March 27.

News service for Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry that the contact lines
became difficult to reach due to fog and rainfall.

In the result, the cars of the OSCE representatives were not able to
reach the height and the monitoring failed.
