POLICE OFFICER GETS 4 YEARS OF IMPRISONMENT FOR SCUFFLE WITH NIGHTCLUB SECURITY GUARD

ArmInfo. On Dec 18 2009, approximately at 3:30am, Gevorg Grigoryan,
the police officer of the Yerevan Police, in a state of alcohol
intoxication began to scuffle with the security guards of Omega
Nightclub.

Given the advantage in numbers of the security, the law-enforcer made
several sporadic shots from the service gun, pistol "Makarov". In the
course of investigation, G. Grigoryan pled guilty and was sentenced
to 4 years of imprisonment.
