‘WHAT? WHERE? WHEN?’ GAME UNITES NATIONAL COMMUNITIES OF ARMENIA

ArmInfo. ArmenTel CJSC (Beeline trademark) has supported holding of
a championship of "What? Where? When?" games among representatives
of Armenia’s national communities. Representatives of the Assyrian,
Belarusian, Greek, Georgian, German, Polish, Russian and Ukrainian
communities of Armenia will take part in the intellectual competition
dedicated to the 65th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic
War.
"I welcome the initiative of holding a championship which gathers
representatives of different peoples living in our country. The Great
Victory over the fascism 65 years ago united all the people, and
the memory about it unites us today", Head of the Public Relations
Department of ArmenTel CJSC Anush Begloyan said in her speech of
welcome. In her turn, Chairwoman of "Harmony" International Center of
Russian Culture Aida Harutyunyan said: "We are grateful to ArmenTel
Company for hospitability and support to this competition. I hope
that cooperation in holding of such games will become a good tradition
and confirmation of friendship between our organizations".
The best result in answers to the questions about the Great Patriotic
War was shown by the team of the Russian community which has become
the winner of the competition. Representatives of the Georgian and
Polish communities took the second and third places, respectively.
To note, "What? Where? When?" game was initiated by "Harmony"
International Center of Russian Culture.
