Before demanding Nakhichevan, Armenians have to know what they are
going to do with the region, the expert Artak Shakaryan told a press
conference.
"We liberated Nagorno-Karabakh, where there is hardly any population,"
he said. In his turn, Levon Shirinyan, who participated in the
conference, said: "Let them return Nakhichevan, I know what to do
with it."
Speaking of the Armenian-Turkish relations, he stressed that Yerevan
must set preconditions to Ankara. As regards the Nagorno-Karabakh
conflict, the expert stressed Azerbaijan in not capable of resolving
it in a military way now. According to him, under the circumstances,
Armenia can threaten Azerbaijan, not vice versa. "If Armenia threatens
in the directions of Goradiz and Yevlakh, Azerbaijan will droop at
once," Shirinyan said.
