CADASTRE COST OF LAND TO BE REVISED IN 2013

The cadastral cost of land plots in Armenia is likely to be revised in
2013, Arman Petrosian, head of a unit of the State Cadastre Committee,
said at a news conference today.

He said change of cadastre cost of plots will be implemented as part
of a revaluation of buildings and land plots.

He said also the State Cadastre Committee is implementing currently
revaluation of buildings, structures and land plots in accordance with
a 2002 law on property tax. He said no changes in cadastral cost of
buildings and land plots is expected until 2013.
