VIVACELL-MTS OFFICIAL PARTNER OF HTC IN ARMENIA

ArmInfo. HTC, the global developer and producers of smartphones,
announced about introduction of HTC smartphones, featuring the
innovative Android platform in the Armenian market on May 17 2010,
in a joint press conference with VivaCell-MTS on Wednesday.

Under the agreement of cooperation between VivaCell-MTS and HTC,
VivaCell-MTS is the official strategic partner and distributor of HTC
products in the Armenian market, including Android powered phones. HTC
products will be available at VivaCell-MTS sales offices where the
staff received special training courses by HTC experts. All the HTC
smartphones sold at VivaCell-MTS will be warranted by HTC. The two
companies are expected to announce a series of marketing actions to
promote the HTC products in Armenia.
