ARMENIAN-GEORGIAN CONFERENCE OPENS IN TBILISI

May 7, Armenian-Georgian "Tolerance as prerequisite for cooperation"
conference opened in Tbilisi. The event is organized by Tbilisi State
University after Ivane Javakhishvili, Yerevan State University and
Armenian Embassy in Georgia.

Scholars, foreign diplomatic corps officers in Georgia, political
experts and NGO representatives attended.

May 8, the attendees will visit the Georgian diocese of Armenian
Apostolic Church as well as Armenian Embassy. They will also visit
Pantheon of Armenian writers and public figures in Khojavank and lay
wreath to the memorial of Armenian Genocide victims.
