SARYAN HOUSE-MUSEUM WILL JOIN NIGHT OF MUSEUMS IN YEREVAN

The house-museum of the famous Armenian artist Martiros Saryan is
among all other museums that are preparing for the Night of Museums
in Yerevan international campaign on May 15.
On this very day all the museums will be open for visitors from 5pm
up to 2am on the next day. No entrance fee will be charged.
Director of Saryan’s house-museum, Ruzan Saryan, told Tert.am that
from 6 pm on May 15 the museum will present to the public the new
printed version of Saryan’s Fairy Tales and Dreams – a series of
watercolor paintings.
She also said that at 7pm a slid show of an exhibit devoted to Saryan’s
130 anniversary is planned.
Part of the festivity will be a concert later at 8pm. The festivity
will end with the projection of a documentary of films and programs
devoted to Saryan.
