AZERBAIJANI AGRICULTURE MINISTER EXPRESSES HOPE THAT ARMENIA WILL ALSO BE PRESENT AT 2012 FAO CONFERENCE IN BAKU

YEREVAN, MAY 13, ARMENPRESS: Azerbaijani delegation headed by the
Agriculture Minister Ismat Abasov is in Yerevan to participate in
the 27th regional conference of the UN FAO.

During the opening of the conference, referring to the complaints
raised in Azerbaijani about his visit, the minister noted that it
is being done by the country’s opposition. "It is not easy to make
reciprocal visits in conditions of such relations between the two
countries," he pointed out. I. Abasov expressed hope that in 2012
conference in Baku Armenia will also be present.

By the way the Azerbaijani agriculture minister was born in Yerevan
and today talked with the reporters in Armenian language.
