GYUMRI, MAY 13, ARMENPRESS: Three projects have been implemented in
Shirak province within the frameworks of the program of "Civil Dialogue
and Practical Steps". The goal of the program is to activate the
civil activeness of young people. From the very beginning the program
aimed at supporting the students of province higher educational
establishments by developing and encouraging their projects. In
Shirak province Gyumri Pedagogical Institute has the opportunity of
implementing the program
