KARABAKH ISSUE SHOULD BE SOLVED WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE OSCE MINSK GROUP, CZECH PM SAYS

The Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Jan Fischer has arrived in
Armenia on a two-day official visit. During a meeting in Yerevan the
Prime Ministers of Armenia and the Czech Republic discussed not only
economic, but also political issues.
"I am sure that the Karabakh issue must be settled within the framework
of the OSCE Minsk Group" the Czech PM said during a briefing in the
Armenian government.
In turn, Armenian Premier Tigran Sargsyan noted that the balanced
approaches of the Czech partners in the resolution of the Karabakh
conflict are important to Armenia.
He also emphasized the fact that the Czech side also believes that
negotiations within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group are means
to promote the peaceful resolution of this conflict.
Armenia and the Czech Republic signed agreements on air transport
and readmission. More than 30 Armenian and eleven Czech companies
participated in an Armenian-Czech business forum in Yerevan.
