CROATIAN SPEAKER VISITS GENOCIDE MEMORIAL IN YEREVAN

Speaker of the Croatian parliament Luka Bebic who is in Armenia on
an official visit has paid respect to the Armenian Genocide victims
on Monday.
On the first day of their official visit to Yerevan, the delegation
headed by Bebic laid flowers on the Genocide Memorial Complex in
Tsitsernakaberd.
At a meeting with Armenian parliament speaker Hovik Abrahamyan later in
the day, the Croatian official shared his impressions of the complex,
saying that the Armenian and Croatian nations share much in common.
The two speakers further considered possibilities of a more active
inter-parliamentary collaboration, and discussed other issues of
bilateral interest.
