ARAM G. SARGSYAN: “ALIYEV TO BEGIN A COLD WAR AGAINST ARMENIA AND NAGORNO KARABAKH”

(Noyan Tapan – 16.06.2011) The negotiation phase over Kharabakh
conflict should be completed in Kazan. If the sides fail to reach an
agreement after all, then it is impossible to find a solution to this
issue, and should be taken to the legal field. However, according to
the leader of the Democratic Party of Armenia Aram G. Sargsyan they
are not able to reach an agreement. By expressing such idea on the
coming meeting of the presidents of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan
during the press conference held on June 16, Aram G. Sargsyan thinks
that it will be correct if RA president invites the leaders of the
parties to adjust their positions before leaving for Kazan.
On the occasion of the possible resumption of the war the leader of
the Democratic Party announced that Aliyev will not take the risk and
danger his potentiality, because no one can predict what effects the
war can have, especially for Azerbaijan: “In my opinion, Aliyev has
begun a cold war towards Armenia and Artsakh” Aram G. Sargsyan said.
