ARMENIAN MFA REPORTS ONE ARMENIAN WAS KILLED IN PETROZAVODSK JET CRASH

“Among Petrozavodsk jet crash victims there is an Armenian, Vahram
Sargsi Simonyan, who was a citizen of Ukraine,” Tigran Balayan,
spokesman of Armenian Foreign Ministry told Panorama.am.

Russian Emergencies Ministry has also published the list of the
victims, where Vahram S. Simonyan’s name can be found.

Tu-134 plane, belonging to the RusAir airline, crashed tonight while
being en route from Moscow to the city of Petrozavodsk. 44 passengers
were killed and 8 people survived the crash. Heavy fog, staff failure
and technical problems with the jet are being considered to have
caused jet crash.
