SERZH SARGSYAN AND COE CO-RAPPORTEUR ON ARMENIA MEET IN STRASBOURG

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has had a meeting in Strasbourg with
CoE co-rapporteur on Armenia John Prescott, “Panorama” reporter tells.
A short while ago President had a meeting with PACE President Mevlut
Cavusoglu. Serzh Sargsyan is expected to have meetings with CoE
Human Rights Commissioner Thomas Hammarberg, CoE Secretary General
Thorbjorn Jagland.
President will address the Assembly at 15:00 Yerevan time. After
having made remarks, President will answer to the questions of PACE
delegates. More than twenty MPs wish to address questions to President
Serzh Sargsyan including 5 from Azerbaijan’s delegation.
After the session, President Serzh Sargsyan is expected to visit
European Court of Human Rights and have a meeting with ECHR Chairperson
Jean-Paul Costa.
