Abkhazia and South Ossetia has never been a subject of trade between
Russia and Azerbaijan in settlement of the Karabakh conflict –
“representatives of Russia have not even hinted at the possibility
of such an exchange” – “Ekho Moskvy” reported today words of Deputy
Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Araz Azimov.

One way or other, “… Azerbaijan is not going to recognize
independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia”, – concluded the diplomat.
