7.5 BILLION AMD FOR CREDITING AGRICULTURE

The cabinet decided at its today’s sitting to provide 7.5 billion
AMD from the Russian loan for crediting the agriculture. The prime
minister said the government must continue the privileged crediting
of the agriculture, implementing subsidization of the interest rate.
Chief treasurer of Armenia Atom Janjughazyan said that the 7.5 billion
AMD is being provided to the agriculture on general basis: through
Central Bank the money will be distributed to the trade banks and
the latter will provide them to farmers with their conditions.
The head of the government said it is necessary to provide additional
money for resuming the subsidizing program.
