President Ilham Aliyev received ambassadors of Moslem countries to
Azerbaijan and heads of the diplomatic representatives on the occasion
of the month of Ramadan.
The Head of State expressed his best wishes to the meeting participants
on the occasion of Holy Ramadan and asked them to convey his greetings
and congratulations to the heads of states and governments of their
countries.
The month of Ramadan embodies a unity of Moslems around the world.
President Ilham Aliyev said it is necessary to strengthen friendly
relations among the Islamic countries and Islamic solidarity even more.
On successful bilateral and international cooperation between
Azerbaijan and Islamic countries, President Ilham Aliyev said his
country makes valuable contribution to the Islamic solidarity.
On Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno Karabakh conflict, President Ilham
Aliyev said the Islamic countries share a fair position on resolution
of the problem.
President Ilham Aliyev wished peace and prosperity to the meeting
participants on the occasion of the upcoming Ramadan holiday.
On behalf of the ambassadors of Moslem countries to Azerbaijan and
heads of diplomatic representatives, Uzbek ambassador Ismatilla
Yergashev congratulated President Ilham Aliyev and the people of
Azerbaijan on the occasion holy Ramadan and wished them peace and
prosperity. The diplomat stressed the significance of the regular
meeting with the Head of State on such the occasion.
