KIM KARDASHIAN’S ARMENIAN ROOTS: THE KARDASHIANS REVEAL THEIR FAVORITE ARMENIAN DISH

In the middle of writing a novel, picking the perfect wedding dress,
designing the perfect wedding cake and total wedding-planning chaos
(after all, there’s only 10 more days until her big day!), Kim
Kardashian is relying on a little traditional Armenian comfort food
to calm her pre-wedding jitters.
In the new issue of Every Day with Rachael Ray, the Kardashian sisters
reveal that their favorite comfort food is a traditional Armenian
breakfast dish called beeshee.
It’s a dish their grandmother (who Kim, Kourtney and Khloe
affectionately call Nana) made for them all the time before she passed
away–now Khloe and Kourtney have taken over the duties of prepping
this Armenian early morning treat.
According to the girls, a beeshee is a thin, crispy, fried pancake
that’s covered in sugar. It sounds like Kim won’t be able to enjoy
too many of those before her walk down the aisle with hubby-to-be Kris Humphries.
