The probe into the case of murder of the family of six in Gyumri is
under way, the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia said.
The Investigative Committee said in a statement it works to ensure
a comprehensive, complete and objective investigation.
It also takes measures to track the path of the murderer after the
commitment of the crime, reveal his possible hiding places and the
details of his detainment.
Taking into consideration that there is enough evidence proving that
the crime has been committed by Valery Permyakov, private of the
Russian military base #102 stationed in Gyumri, the Investigative
Committee has decided to bring charges against him under Article
