SPECIAL SERVICE EMPLOYEE THREATENED TO KILL

The citizen of the United Arab Emirates Rim B. filed a report with the
police station declaring that on March 1, 2015 at about 18:00 in the
course of the argument arisen around the financial debt and claim and
the domestic matters, the employee in charge of exercising a special
service of “Nubarashen” Criminal-Executive Institution of the Ministry
of Justice of the Republic of Armenia broke into his apartment by
pushing the door open and against his will. Then he slapped him,
took his gun from the waist and by holding it to his forehead he
threatened to kill him and cause serious harm to his health and then
left. On the same day at the threshold of the apartment his son found
cartridges in which there were 8 unshot bullets.
A criminal case has been launched in the Special Investigation
Service of the Republic of Armenia based on the report filed by the
UAE citizen Rim B. with regard to the threats of killing and causing
serious harm to health, violating the inviolability of the apartment
with the use of violence, illegal acquisition and carrying of a weapon
in accordance with Part 1 of Article 137, Part 2 of Article 147 and
Part 1 of Article 235 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
A preliminary in investigation is underway.
