Karabakh President Hosts AGBU Chairman

KARABAKH PRESIDENT HOSTS AGBU CHAIRMAN

President of the Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic Bako Sahakyan
received chairman of the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU)
Canadian branch Chahe Tanachian and his secretary, Hagob Arslanian.

The implementation of different programs in the second Armenian
republic and possibilities of deepening the Artsakh-Diaspora relations
were discussed at the meeting attended also by Foreign Minister Karen
Mirzoya, says a statement by the NKR Presidential Office.

Noting that the AGBU has since inception played a remarkable role in
the life of the Armenians around the globe, the president said that
cooperation with the organization has always been a central issue
for Nagorno-Karabakh.
