Education: Artsakh president highlighted the application of modern education methods by Shushi Technological university

Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited on Tuesday the Shushi Technological University and met with the teaching staff.

As the Information department at the President Office reported, issues related to the education process and a number of research programs being carried out by the university were on the agenda of the meeting.

The Head of the State highlighted the application of modern education methods by the university stressing the need for greater combination of theoretical and applied approaches.

Prime-minister Arayik Haroutyunyan and other officials accompanied the President.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again.
