ADVERTISING According to the expert, at the moment when the sides start shooting at each other, there are no guarantees that the firing will stop. “The only guarantee that the shooting will stop is when the adversary starts understanding that you are much stronger,” Armenian ex-MP noted, adding that the correctness of this approach has been proved during April 2016 escalation. As the expert stressed, the Azerbaijani side must understand beforehand that an adequate response can follow after each shot. “The Azerbaijan's policy of inciting hatred towards Armenians will become more and more intense, and no government will be able to cope with this,” Tevan Poghosyan added.
