Sports: 3 key competitions ahead for Armenian gymnasts

Zhora Smbatyan and Anahit Asaduryan are to perform in European Youth Summer Olympic Festival on July 23-30 in Hungary. It’s worth noticing that Smbatyan recently won the tournament in Batumi.

Another competition is the Taipei Universiade (August 19-30), where we’ll see Armen Petrosyan, Artur Tovmasyan, and Artur Davtyan.

The most important gymnastics tournament, of course, will be the World Championship on October 2-8 in Montreal. Armenia will be represented by 3 athletes there: Harutyun Merdinyan, Artur Davtyan, and Vahagn Davtyan.
