Tourism: Armenia tourism potential to be presented at Astana expo-2017

YEREVAN, August 14, /ARKA/. An Armenian delegation, led by Zarmine Zeituntsyan, the head of the State Tourism Committee, flew August 12 to the capital of Kazakhstan Astana, the host of Astana Expo 2017. On August 12 an event will be held there dedicated to the National Day of Armenia.

The Armenian ministry of economic development and investment said the event will be attended by Kazakh representatives of the tourism industry and high-ranking officials. Armenia experts will present event-driven tourism and weekends in Yerevan, as well as a schedule of events for 2017. Participants will receive information materials, as well as gifts "Made in Armenia".

Within the framework of the National Day, a presentation of a film about Armenia and its tourism products will be screened. The guests will be entertained by Mikael Voskanyan and Friends musical group.-0-

Emil Lazarian: “I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again.
