President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan has appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to the Kingdom of Denmark Alexander Arzumanyan Ambassador of Norway concurrently, the press service of the Armenian President’s Office reported.
