Arsen Kharatyan resigned from the position of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's Advisor on Foreign Policy Issues.

Arsen Kharatyan posted a status about this on his Facebook page mentioning two main reasons for this.

The first reason is that his family is living in Tbilisi and for various reasons will be there at least until summer 2019.

And the second reason is the one he have an issue evaluating and reassessing his personal transformation over the past three months.
