The mother of two teenage children asked the Human Rights Defender’s assistance in meeting her children.
The applicant informed the Defender that before the court would determine the place of residence of the child, the custody and guardianship body decided to allow her to meet the children two days a week, but the husband does not allow.
In the framework of the proceedings initiated by the Defender’s Office, writings have been sent to relevant authorities, referring to the legislative regulations.
As a result, the issue has been resolved. The applicant also informed the Ombudsman that she could visit the children without any resistant.
