The construction of new barracks and new military facilities in general grew strongly in Artsakh over the past five days, a spokesperson for the Artsakh president, Tigran Abrahamyan said in a Facebook post.

“Perhaps there is no such area of military importance where there are no changes in this direction alone every year,” he said.

“Improving the social and living conditions of servicemen is also directly linked to the combat readiness of the given [military] division,” the spokesperson added.
