Telethon for Georgia’s Armenian-populated Samtskhe-Javakheti to be held Sunday in US

A telethon devoted to the densely-Armenian-populated Samtskhe-Javakheti Province of Georgia will be held in the United States Sunday, starting from 7pm Armenia time.
The event is organized by the Diaspora Unity Platform, the Support to Javakheti Foundation informed in a Facebook post.
Those behind this initiative stated that thanks to each and every small donation, Javakheti’s Akhaltsikhe town can have a sports and cultural center.
