"Armenia is not moving towards the European Union because it stays where it is. We maintain cooperation with the European Union on issues of our domestic reforms. Moreover, I am in contact with the European leaders and all of them support Armenia in its striving to develop relations with Russia. In what concerns relations with Russia, we a transparent for our European partners and we are transparent for our Russian partners in our relations with the European Union, but for certain security-related nuances," he said.
