Commanders Leonid Azgaldyan, Vladimir Balayan posthumously awarded with Artsakh Hero highest titles

STEPANAKERT, AUGUST 31, ARMENPRESS. President of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan signed a decree according to which legendary commanders Leonid Azgaldyan and Vladimir Balayan were posthumously awarded with the Hero of Artsakh highest titles, Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh Arshavir Gharamyan said on Facebook.

““Golden Eagle” orders were handed over to their relatives in a solemn ceremony”, Gharamyan said.

The President signed the respective decree on the occasion of the 28th anniversary of the Artsakh Republic.
