The situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and on the contact line of the  Artsakh Defense Army and the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan, the  frequency and nature of the ceasefire violation was presented by the  Minister of Defense of Armenia David Tonoyan at a meeting with the  Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej  Kasprzyk.

As reported by ArmInfo in the press service of the RA Ministry of  Defense, Tonoyan expressed concern over recent attempts by the enemy  to intensify actions in some parts of the Armenian-Azerbaijani state  border.

At the same time, the head of the Armenian defense department  emphasized that the military and political developments in the  region, the economic and epidemiological situation in the world, as  well as other factors increase the likelihood of destabilization.  From this point of view, he noted the importance of the speedy  implementation of measures to ease tensions in order to eliminate new  provocations.  In turn, Kasprzyk expressed the willingness of the  mission to make every effort to ease the tension.  The interlocutors  also discussed humanitarian issues related to those held in captivity  and imprisonment.
