UNESCO Institute of Statistics is UNESCO’s official statistical agency, established in November 1999. It produces global and internationally comparable statistics in the fields of education, science, technology, culture and communication. The Governing Board advises on the Institute's policy, work programme and priorities.

 Arevik Anapiosyan left the position of Deputy Education Minister in February 2020 and entered Harvard Business School.
