Methodological and comparative study documents with respect to addressing systemic human rights violations, inter alia, in the armed forces, published and transmitted to the Armenian Governmental Agent

In the context of the cooperation with the Armenian Government Agent before the European Court of Human Rights the Methodology for assessment of systemic human rights violations as derive from the case law of the European Court of Human Rights, and the Comparative research on Inter-Institutional Committees accredited to the Governmental Agents’ Offices in some Member States of the Council of Europe were finalised and are published on-line.

The both studies were prepared under the Project “Human rights and Women in the armed forces of Armenia” is implemented by the Council of Europe within the framework of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Armenia 2019-2022 and funded by the United Kingdom. Action Plan level funding is provided by Germany, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Sweden.
