YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd newspaper of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: According to Zhoghovurd daily’s information, RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has approved the new composition of the Board of Trustees of the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute Foundation.
According to our information, it turned out that NA [National Assembly] [majority] My Step faction MPs Hripsime Grigoryan and Hovhannes Hovhannisyan were left out of that body
It is interesting that RA Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Arayik Harutyunyan did not include two members of his team in the board. The thing is that this composition is confirmed by the knowledge of the minister.
Yesterday, Zhoghovurd daily talked to the [aforesaid two] My Step MPs to find out why such a decision was made. MP Hripsime Grigoryan stated. "I used to be the chairperson of the tourism committee, [but] after coming to the parliament, the current chairperson of [the] tourism [committee] has already been included." And My Step MP Hovhannes Hovhannisyan noted. "I found out about it a few days ago from Harutyun Marutyan, the director of the museum-institute."
