Armenia is 81st in the Deep Knowledge Group ranking of countries and regions in terms of safety and the risks of COVID-19 infection.
The rating was compiled based on 130 qualitative and quantitative parameters – taking into account the effectiveness of quarantine, monitoring, and diagnostics, the readiness of the health system, and the efficiency of the government.
According to these principles, the states were also divided into four levels of security: Armenia was on the 3rd level.
What comes to Armenia's neighbors, Georgia was in 39th place, Azerbaijan – in 75th, Turkey – in 37th, and Iran – in 73rd.
Switzerland, Germany, and Israel top the ranking, while Sudan turned out to be the most unsafe country amid the pandemic.
