YEREVAN. –Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) leader [MP, and business tycoon] Gagik Tsarukyan will soon leave the National Security Service (NSS). Lawyer Narek Aloyan wrote about this on his Facebook page.

“1. Gagik Tsarukyan has not been detained (…). The legal grounds for detaining Tsarukyan are absent.

2. The duration of the questioning may not exceed 8 hours (…) per day.

3. On Gagik Tsarukyan's not communicating: The investigator takes measures so that the witnesses called in the same case do not communicate with each other (…) until the end of the questioning.

Thus, Gagik Tsarukyan's freedom and personal immunity are not curtailed, and soon he will leave the NSS Investigation Department," the attorney wrote, in particular.
