Head of the Public Relations Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Armenia Arevik Khachatryan today reported that the open tenders for replenishing the lists of nominations for prosecutors performing the functions provided for by the Law on Civil Forfeiture of Illegal Assets and for the Deputy Prosecutor General of Armenia in charge of coordinating the sphere of functions targeted at civil forfeiture of illegal assets were held on June 29 and 30 and July 1.
Based on the results, the qualification commission adjunct to the Prosecutor General gave a positive conclusion according to which:
1. Siro Amirkhanyan, Vahagn Barseghyan, Tigran Davtyan, Tigran Yenokyan, Aghavni Madoyan, Ani Sargsyan and Gevorg Kocharyan were selected to be prosecutors who will perform the functions provided for by the Law on Civil Forfeiture of Illegal Assets;
2. Srbuhi Galyan, who is the Deputy Minister of Justice of Armenia, was selected to be the deputy to the Prosecutor General of Armenia in charge of coordinating the functions targeted at civil forfeiture of illegal assets.
